How does a global tier-one supplier of LED lighting systems meet unprecedented demand from automotive OEMs in the North America Market?

They strategically source vendors that can flex with demand…

Stanley was struggling to meet unprecedented volume demand in the North American market. The trend was leading them to look into a third-party manufacturer to assist with orders. They needed a manufacturing house that was dependable, aggressively priced, and held high standards in quality for mass-producing PCBs for LED systems.

They contract Morey to manufacture PCBs with built-in LEDs…
Morey was initially contracted to perform manufacturing jobs Stanley could not accommodate at their facility based on demand. Through successful results and technology investments, larger programs were awarded to us. We manufacture PCBs for specific automobiles with as many as 12 boards deployed in a single vehicle. Keeping with the industry-wide transition to PCBs with built-in LEDs rather than traditional bulb lighting, we assisted Stanley in creating a crisper, brighter lighting system. The system also improved the life cycle of lighting modules in the field.

They accomplish their goal of meeting demand with an industry-leading product…

Demonstrating commitment to exceptional manufacturing and quality excellence, Morey began managing the full product lifecycle, assisting Stanley in stocking their on-the-shelf supply of replacement tail lights for drivers needing new lights due to accidents, or the rare occurrence of a system failure. Working on multiple projects, our teams have generated business in excess of $4 million for a single contract, deploying an average of 200,000 units per month and providing quick-turn prototype fulfillment for new product updates.
