As we were going through the pandemic and then the semiconductor crisis, one of the things we started to talk about was we have prevailing in our DNA, not surviving. So, prevailing is different than surviving. Prevailing is you overcome and you have that grit to do that.

When I think about people on our team that are really, really effective, they live the with all your heart, the above and beyond.

But I also think that we have a way of making people feel like they really matter because we actually do think that people really matter.

We truly approach our customers like they are partners. And we have this special privilege and responsibility to act on their behalf and to serve them and to make sure that they succeed in whatever mountain that they're trying to climb. We help them get there.
