What I hope that every Morey customer feels is that we care deeply, that we're providing as much value as we possibly can, and that anything that we're not providing value enough yet, that we're doing everything that we can, to level up.

To ensure that we are outpacing our competition, we're delivering more value, we're developing better solutions, we're designing better machines and layouts of the factory, we're building tools for our supply chain to make us faster, integrating tools that will allow us to drive down our cost of manufacturing, our cost of our material. All those things are the hygiene things of the business, and we're doing all of them, and we're going on, offense. But hygiene's still not enough.

I want them to feel like we deeply care and that we're doing everything with all our heart. I want them to know that we are in pursuit of excellence in everything that we do.
