90+ Years of Building in America
POV: Ryan Thomas, Chief Operating Officer
Distributors are great allies in the space. There's the big four that everyone talks about, Avnet, Arrow, TTI, and Future.
Us being in electronics for ninety-one years, we've grown with those companies, and we have great relationships all the way up to the CEO at those four distributors. And really, that came from being very creative and resourceful during the semiconductor shortage, which really, started in 2020, went through 2023.
We've always been in America. We've never left.
We've always competed with China and, and Mexico and overseas.
We've always instilled that spirit of the American manufacturer.
We've been able to tell that story and work our way up those ladders of those companies to build these great relationships. We get invited to all their big events on, the new designs and the innovation coming in the component space, and that allows us to also be very flexible and creative when problems arise in the market.
So right now, we have a repeat of the semiconductor crisis, which is now the memory crisis. And by having great relationship with those memory suppliers, we're actually getting parts, and they believe and they want Morey to succeed because we are an American company. We instill those values.
We employ a couple hundred Americans in this space. That's something we're really proud of.
