  • In-House Professionals
    Morey has consistently added industry professionals to its Quality Services team to accommodate additional quality standards and support new product initiatives. Invaluable during all phases of design and production, quality professional interact with program teams throughout the manufacturing event, coordinate with customer teams and monitor customer, proprietary and industry requirements.
  • Quality Management System
    Morey’s quality team and related safety and compliance professionals maintain internal standards through a documented Quality Management System (QMS). Governing the firm’s business and operational practices, the QMS outlines the best practices and processes refined from decades of experience. The system also allows for highly scalable processes, quality related audits and necessary process and quality documentation.




  • Product Analysis Center
    To provide precise, efficient data throughout the design and production phases, Morey’s quality team maintains an analysis center built into the production environment. With high-speed, high-precision measuring machines and high-resolution, nano-focused x-ray systems, the team offers efficient inspection, failure analysis and production data.

Morey operates at the highest standards levels to protect our customers and their end users. In addition to many specific regulatory programs unique to individual customer markets, we have invested in quality programs and software platforms that incorporate, monitor and manage regulations according to the following standards:

Conflict Minerals

Morey is committed to supply chain monitoring; auditing and reviewing; traceability and disclosure to ensure no raw or manufactured materials from conflict regions are used in the development and production of our applications. Customer-specific initiatives in this area can be accommodated into our programs as well.


Counterfeit Parts Mitigation

Through the development of a strong supplier base and robust internal quality systems, Morey is dedicated to the procurement, development and production of components using the originally specified parts and materials. Our quality team works regularly to extend this initiative to the supplier base and any supporting partners.
