Morey provides customers with various levels of inventory management solutions, depending on their desired involvement, business cycles and financial drivers. This includes Morey product, as well as the management of customer or third-party consigned inventory. From start-up to global OEM, today’s speed-to-market expectations demand that we think beyond the build.
Ideally, we start by discussing the desired relationship customers want to have with their inventory, from low-touch to self-managed. We then conduct an inventory carrying cost evaluation for customers, if needed, to determine the impact to their bottom line. For customers shipping product to an end-user customer, we also review Morey’s white-label ordering options which put the customer brand front and center, providing same-day, order-to-ship services direct from Morey’s factory.
The goal is to develop the ideal inventory solutions that achieve cash neutrality: customer payments occur as closer to revenue capture as possible. Morey also invoices upon product shipment to facilitate this goal, and develops flexible customer pricing programs when demand may be initially uncertain.
